Within the framework of the project on Intellectual Property Protection and the Legal Challenges, on February 13, 2025, Mrs. Le Xuan Quynh, President of INVENCO, participated at the workshop organized by the National Innovation Center (NIC) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The workshop was attended by the reporters from US law firms, Ice Miller and Duanne Morris and many consulting and supporting businesses for startups. The workshop focused on the topic of US intellectual property law in mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property protection, especially for inventions arising from artificial intelligence.
INVENCO also shared a number of experiences in some successful cases recently, especially the cases in relation to the US businesses/organizations.
